Tour Changed Without Our Knowledge
Needs better communication with clients. The tour we booked was not what we originally signed up for, but we did not realize this until the bus was under way.

Hi Linda, thank you for your feedback about your recent trip to Ireland and the UK with Tenon Tours! I am sorry to hear that you felt as though you did not have sufficient time to properly experience everything in your itinerary. I've shared your comments with your Travel Specialist and By-Your-Side-Service Team Member so that they are aware as well. It's great to hear that your guides were a highlight of your trip and hope that you will consider traveling with us again, perhaps back to Ireland with more time to spend in each location.

This is our second trip we've worked with Tenon on. Though it was slow going at first due to world events, they could not have been more helpful, attentive and efficient. Great Job!
