Dear David, We really appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us. However, we are terribly sorry to realise that you had such a bad experience with our services. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this may have been for you, especially when you already planned a pre-booked transfer in order to make sure everything went smoothly. Of course, this is not the service we want to offer to our customers. Please note that after checking the details of both reservations, we can see that one was still left as unpaid indeed. Therefore, in this case, we are really sorry but if the payment did not go through we are unable to arrange a pickup. Sometimes it may be confusing the confirmation email (where you can already see all the details from the transfer), however until the button "Please Complete Payment Here" is clicked, the payment is still not proceeded. Our apologies if this was misleading to you. However, if you do have the purchase of this reservation in your credit card processor, please contact us at support@taxi2airport.com so we can assist you on this. Regarding the Kuala Lumpur pick up, please be well aware that we have already issued the refund of this extra service you paid for. You shall receive the amount back at your VISA account within 4 business days. In some rare occasions, due to some airports conditions, not all meet & greets services can be performed at the arrivals gate. This is why we always recommend keeping an eye on the meeting point procedures explained by the driver at the confirmation voucher. Nevertheless, after checking your case with our team, we consider that what was offered was not the meet & greet service we stand for. Please accept our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We are already well aware of how stressful travelling can get sometimes so our last intention is to cause any hassle to our customers. As a gesture of an apology, we have also sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us.
