Thank you for your valuable feedback. We really appreciate the time that you have taken to comment. As with all silver jewellery, the wear and tear is usally dependant on how the product is being used. For example, if worn with other products, this will increase the chances of the item being scratched, or if the item is regularly knocked against hard surfaces, due to being on the wrist constantly. This unfortunately, is unavoidable and cannot be prevented. 

Regarding Fedex, yes we do offer free shipping which includes the delivery charges, but it doesnt cover the duties and taxes that will incur for any items that are imported. Also the policy is available on our website under the "Shipping and Tracking " section.  We hope this is helpful and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
