We are extremely sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience on our website.

We have reviewed your purchase and would like to share few insights on it.

We have checked our system and the log shows that there have been two attempts but unfortunately the first attempt did not pass our security hence your order was unsuccessful. Being a luxury jewellery brand and an online business we try to offer a secured experience on our website and hence we take the fraud prevention very seriously. The details provided by you on one of the attempts out of two did not match up and hence the transaction was declined and flagged as a potential fraud.

In order to avoid any misuse of our customised discount codes - they are only available for a single use. 

However, we do offer a complimentary code to our customers when situations like this arise - our customer service team is always happy to help.

Our carrier Partner DHL also follow the same code of ethics like we do - "to service the customer better and faster" and hence it is surprising to know about this behaviour. We have flagged this to the US territory Manager and we promise that experiences like this will not be encouraged and will be rectified immediately.

I would also like to share that we are rolling out few new payment options very soon which can make the purchase smoother and a richer experience.
