Sorry that the wrong item was delivered to you in error, sometimes unfortunately this can happen due to a picking error in our warehouse.
I can assure you that this not a standard practice for Taskers and we always try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
The delay in receiving your swap delivery was due to stock availability and was sent to you at the quickest possible dispatch date, which was explained to you during the telephone conversation.

Good Morning
It is stated on the items that delivery is 3-4 weeks from placing order. We did order all 3 items from our supplier, unfortunately they only sent in 1 x bedside even after sending confirmation of the order with 2 x bedsides. This was a picking error by their warehouse and they have apologised for the error and the delay.
We have kept you updated and notified throughout the order process and have requested that our supplier send the 1 x bedside to us as quickly as possible. This should arrive at the same time as your additional items from the same range that you ordered last week.
I purchased 2 pictures on-line on 21.8.17 and was told by e-mail that they were out of stock and would take 3-4 weeks for a new delivery. However at the start of week 6 I had to phone to check the...

We always aim to keep our customers informed on the status of orders and apologise that you did not feel this was the case in this instance, please be assured that this will be fed back to the team for investigation.
