Ordered a mirror which came smashed to pieces. The packaging wasn’t really sufficient for courier handling, and obviously DPD hadn’t handled it with any care.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear there were problems with delivery of your order. I have spoken with our despatch team and unfortunately there was a supplier issue with this item which lead to the subsequent delays.
We do endeavour to keep customers fully informed when these instances occur.
Order very simple online and delivery arranged by mefrom choice of days.
