Unfortunately your order was missed off the delivery van for your original order date and you opted to collect rather than us arrange another delivery date.
We apologise for your wait in store, a miscommunication with our warehouse meant your item wasn't ready for collection and needed to be moved to the store.
Once again please accept our apology that you experienced a number of issues with your order.
