No one got in touch with us with regards to delayed materials. When they did they said they would deliver Ona Tuesday and then it arrived on a Wednesday poor service in my eyes

Hi Philip
I have looked into this and I can see from our phone records that we called you to arrange delivery and you stated that you would call us back.
We never received a call back from yourself so we rang again to arrange and delivery was booked in for Tuesday.
Unfortunately the delivery was not loaded onto the van due to an error in our warehouse and it was brought to you first thing Wednesday morning, our transport manager has raised this with our warehouse to ensure the error does not happen again.

Thank you for all your help! Fast reply’s to any emails and a very speedy delivery of Holden Clara Glitter Charcoal Wallpaper, which looks amazing. Great value and definitely the Cheapest around....

We asked for cntact when my items came back in stock. That did not happen. I had to keep checking myself.
