Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you have encountered problems with the delivery of your picture. Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of framed pictures they do sometimes become damaged in transit, we are investigating this instance with our couriers as it is unusual for this to happen twice as has happened in this case.
We were unable to confirm a new delivery date as we no longer had stock of this mirror so are waiting on delivery from our supplier.
We would like to clarify that this refund was issued on the day that we spoke to you but can take up to 5 days to appear in your account, this varies slightly between card providers.
We apologise for the frustration and disappointment this has caused.

The service was fantastic my parcels came when they should have done and got txt messages all the time telling me where the parcel was and a time when it would be here

After the picture not being delivered a member of staff called Amy took charge of the situation to find out we’re it went and getting me another. She contacted me daily and took the time to actually deliver it her self to make sure there were no more problems. I would say she is a very good member of staff and does her job well.
