Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the process of your order. Your order is being delivered by DPD and once we have released the goods to their care they are then out of our control.
I can see that unfortunately your item was delayed by them from the delivery date, this is a rare occurrence but does occasionally happen. Unfortunately due to DPD processing we are unable at that stage to alter any delivery information, we did contact DPD on your behalf but they themselves have to follow the process.
As you have been advised by my colleague the next stage of the process is once you receive your delivery text/email from DPD you can reply to this to inform them that you want your delivery to be made at a time to suit yourself. This process allows for the customer to be in control of receiving their delivery and protects from any potential fraudulent activity.

Paul was very helpful and arranged a refund. He was courteous and polite a great ambassador of the company The money was back in our bank that very afternoon . Our issue was with delivery which turned out to be more our fault than the delivery company.
We will definitely shop at Taskers on line in the future. Once we finally move house
