Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the time taken to deliver your order. We do aim to deliver all of our standard delivery orders within 3-5 working days, however on occasion there can be delays.
I can see from our records that you ordered on 3rd July and we despatched your order on 4th and it was due to be delivered on 5th, unfortunately the delivery vehicle had a breakdown on this day and was therefore unable to deliver your parcel on this day. Your order was then delivered on 11th July and I have raised this issue with the courier for investigation as we were not advised about this delay so we could not then inform you of this.
As a gesture of goodwill I have refunded your delivery charge and would like to apologise for the delay in you receiving your order.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you experienced issues with our courier, they should have contacted you to advise on the delivery date. We have raised this issue with our courier and they have advised that they have been using an agency driver who did not follow the procedure in this instance.
Again we would like to apologise but it is great to hear you are happy with your new parasol
Great place and great service. Phoned up with a broken item and Danny (I think his name was) sorted it out no problem. Couldn't fault them. Will definitely recommend and will be shopping again!
