Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that your order was dispatched with 48 hours of receiving the order. We shipped your order on 29th November and also sent you a confirmation on the same day. Unfortunately the postal services were incredibly delayed and it took an extortionate about of time to get to you in SC. We apologise for the delays with international postage at the time, however postal times are back to normal now.
