1) Apologies for the confusion re the USD offer of free shipping. This was absolutely not an intentional ploy to trick our Canadian Customers. We have amended this messaging and wont happen again
2) the delivery times to Canada were severely delayed due the the incredible delays Canada Post were experiencing from November until Mid January. Unfortunately it was completely out of our control as we sent your package within 2 days of receiving your order. Delivery times from Ireland to Canada are now back to normal (10 days)
