We can see that our Customer Service Team have attempted to resolve this for you however it appears that there has been a system error which meant the refund didn't go through as expected and we can only apologise for this. We supply live products and to make sure our customers receive their plants at the optimum stage of development for growing on successfully, it is sometimes necessary to despatch plants a little later than originally planned and I can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We can see that you ordered our Prunus incisa Kojou-no-mai 9cm pots and therefore are some of our smaller pot sizes but once potted on in a bigger pot they will begin to thrive.
