Not getting what you wanted is the last thing we want for any of our Suiteness guests. The LINQ cabana suites are going to be outdoor with entrance to the hotel guest through the outdoor patio. I realize how that can be confusing based on the photos and I'll go ahead and let our data team know to make this more clear to our guests so they understand exactly what they're getting.

Oh I will never come to the Linq again trust me simply put. 1 night was enough for me,so glad I choose 1 night but again since I did I got no welcome gift or quality treatment, just the "oh your only here for 1 night we only give out welcome gifts for stays longer then 1 night". I feel like I was ripped off

So you give me a credit on my account that I will never use again wow how thoughtful. The entire stay was a joke,cheap beds weak set up for a room ,nothing stated the pool is closed for winter,no welcome greeting unless you stay longer,over priced resort to get **** on simply because I only booked for 1 night. Was just a miserable hotel with nothing to offer but a casino and a bed too sleep in. The Linq will never get my business back,as well as neither of my friends will ever stay there

I'm so sorry about the miscommunication. If you decide to take another trip again, I'd love for you to use Suiteness a we do have several other properties in our inventory so hopefully on your next trip, we'll be able to assist you even better at a property that's better suited for your trip.
In terms of the LINQ, that is definitely feedback I'll pass along to our hotel partners to make sure guests receive a better greeting upon arrival.
Having a terrible trip is less than ideal, and not receiving the support to improve it is even worse. I'm hoping that this credit will help make your stay a little easier to get and as a gesture for a better experience at another property in our inventory. :-)

We do work with hotels to do everything we can for early check-in requests however sometimes they do charge a fee to adjust cleaning schedules to make sure you can check-in early into a clean room. I know that's less than ideal however hopefully as we grow, we'll be able to work on those requests even better for you, such as getting hotel partners to waive that fee. :-) In the meantime, I really appreciate you letting us know feedback regarding your stay.
