I want to apologize for your less than ideal experience with booking your suite. From the initial search screen to the final reservation screen, we provide detailed descriptions of each night's room and tax.
We try to be very clear in the breakdown of nightly rates provided to us from the hotels directly and I am so sorry that this was not explained thoroughly on our end.

We connected immediately with the hotel after seeing your review this morning to confirm any payment made towards your stay was only on Suiteness.com and any payment made on-site towards nightly rate and tax was refunded. This should be visible in the next 5-7 business days depending on how quickly your bank can process payments.
