There was an issue with our booking and Suiteness immediately called me and emailed me about the alternative options and really treated me well. Bravo!

The woman that checked me in was amazing, the suites were the best and checkout was a breeze! :)

This was the worst stay I have ever had I asked the hotel for a refund and they are giving me the run around!
