Hi there- I totally understand that having a DVD player would have made your staycation more enjoyable and that the TV channels were limited. I'm so sorry about that! Hi there - I so appreciate your feedback! Since you were booking for the same day as check-in, inventory can be booked up quickly as suites run on a lower inventory than standard rooms -- suites tend to even book up about 60-90 days in advance. We get all of our rates and availability in real time and so what was happening is that as you were booking, someone else would book the same suite at the same time making it unavailable to you. That's why it looked like you were being charged however, none of those charges went through.
