Service couldn't be better
It was so easy and fast to book my room. I didn't have any inconvenience at all booking the same day I needed the rim, which was a great relief.

Room was very nice, booking was very easy EXCEPT for one thing. The room we had had a door, which was locked and lead to the air conditioning, we couldn’t sleep that night because of the loud rumm.....

I am so sorry to hear about that booking error - We always ask that you notify us right away if you come across anything prior to your booking as we would have happily been able to help get that situation fixed ASAP or upgrade you if needed. I do see you cancelled very shortly after booking, which did not allow our system or concierges the time to be notified of the error and have it fixed for you however, you can always reach us if you come across it before we do! I've sent you a personal email as well to further clarify and offer help.
As an avid traveler myself, I know how frustrating these issues can be. We do hope to help you with a future trip booked here on Suiteness, and your booking comes with our concierge service who is here to help with any aspect from booking to trip planning.
