So sorry for any confusion! I would love to clarify - credits may not apply to all hotels on Suiteness as they are relative to our partnerships with certain hotels. Since we are a third party site, we must abide to policies set by the hotels on these and pricing.
If they are applicable, the credits will deduct from your total seen on the left-hand side of the checkout page. Your credits never expire, so if you cannot use them for your current trip you can always use them in the future :)

Reservation was easy and appreciated. But we noticed that the full amount for trip in April has already been charged to our Credit Card...WHY
