Hassle-free booking

Hotel partners are responsible for updating their suite and hotel information to third party sites like ours, so it looks like that was not relayed over to our team before your stay. We have taken the action to remove the incorrect suites and will be contacting the hotel directly to get their updated information. Weird that I can’t use a promo code or my credit. If I have suiteness credit, I should be able to use it.

So sorry for any misunderstanding - I would love to clarify! If they are applicable, the credits will deduct from your total seen on the left-hand side of the checkout page. Your credits never expire, so if you cannot use them for your current trip you can always use them in the future :)Credits may not apply to all hotels on Suiteness as they are relative to our partnerships with certain hotels, and we must adhere to our contract with them in terms of payment forms they accept.
