Hotel charged me 3x
Booking on suiteness was easy. It was the hotel booking that made it so difficult. I ended up paying for the same hotel room three times and I’m trying to get them to reimburse me over $1000 now.

Suiteness responded to my issue quickly and worked with the hotel to reimburse me the additional charges they made to my credit card. All was resolved in about 3 days with the help of Suiteness. Although, I may not stay at the hotel again since they were reluctant to respond to my issue and further confused the situation, the Suiteness concierage team most definitely earned my business. Thank you for all your help and responsiveness! I’ve already recommended your booking services to my colleagues here at work and my friends.
