Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase from us. Unfortunately the clearance Ex display floor model priced at £349 Including free Delivery to Dartford you wished to buy had a missing cushion. This was only picked up by my delivery staff whilst loading. This I explained in my personal call I made to you early on the morning on the day of delivery. As I understand you needed a sofa at short notice with delivery that day, As we didn't want to let you down I offered to send you a Brand New fabric model similar in design and size priced at £499 with no additional cost to you. We also agreed that if you didn't like the model you could return it for a full refund. We also agreed that if you weren't happy you'd let me know by the evening. As we haven't had any calls from you and you haven't made anyone aware of your disappointment we assumed that you were happy with the Brand New sofa we delivered at a clearance price for Free. We are still happy to collect sofa and give you a full refund. As for compensation the only one who has lost anything or been put out of pocket is myself what did you have in mind?
