Regarding your purchase of the Self Check Ulcer Kit we would recommend that our customers seek medical advice from their GP for any urgent medical matters that may arise. I can see you chose to order the extra large Poo Pourri from us priced at £8.99 and also received the £5.00 discount, having checked our ordering system I can only see your recent order from us and would very much like to look in to your previous order if you could provide details it would be greatly appreciated. The Poo Pourri does not have outer packaging which allows the cost to be kept to a minimum as possible. This is one of our best selling products but we are sorry to hear you feel it is below standard. We guarantee that this has been despatched directly from our Warehouse as a brand new product.
