Please allow me to apologise to you regarding your order that has been for some time on a back order with ourselves whilst we awaited the delivery from our Manufacturer. I believe my colleague emailed you on the 24/04/15 to let you know that unfortunately the item was out of stock and that our website had not been updated accordingly, giving you the option to cancel your order if this was preferred.
The delivery for your order arrived from our manufacturers last night and so your order is being despatched from us today.
Once again, please allow me to apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and we very much appreciate you taking the time to feedback your experience via Feefo.
