Once a loan application has been determined you can request to change your loan amount however this leads to delays as it requires re-submission.

Thanks for your reply and note the contents and appreciate what you say-I did however ask on my second visit w to finalize my application once approved for the original amount and asked about increasing it by an additional 200 but was told to reapply once Iwas into my repayment schedule but have since been told that this can only be done when approx £50 of the existing loan is outstanding-Repaying this additional amont would be no problem since over the previous two years I had been paying Oakham double the weekly amount I am currently paying yourselves-Also I am in the very near future due to receive a payout in the region of 5k for a proven whiplash claim in respect of an accident Iwas the victim of last Sept.

I think once you have had credit before you should be judged on that basis instead of your credit file, so your amount can be increased, based on performance and hoe you have paid them in the past.
