Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the condition of the packaging your order arrived in. The initial order you made with us was cancelled and refunded due to a quality issue, and we returned the product in question to the supplier, replacing it with a higher quality product as an alternative. However, we understand why you are dissatisfied with the condition of your order on arrival. If you’d like to discuss this issue further, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're sorry for the condition of your order when it arrived. As discussed with our customer service team earlier today, we had sent an email on the 9th January regarding the problem but it may have ended up in your junk mail or was missed. Luckily, we managed to find the information we needed through Feefo after you left your review, and have been able to arrange partial credit for your next order with us. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to see you again soon!
