Thank you for you feedback Regarding your order for the Bordeaux napkins, i can see that you placed your order on Thursday and the items were delivered on the following Friday, please allow me to explain why it has taken just over one week for your order to arrive These particular napkins, we do not hold stock of in our warehouse as it is not one of the most commonly ordered napkin lines supplied by ourselves. We place an order once a week (on Monday) from the manufacurers as they are based in Germany. The manufacturers then ship these to us for distribution, this can take up to 5 days I do see by your account that you order these napkins every 6-8 weeks, what we could do for you is to hold a supply of 1-2 cases and reorder these everytime you place an order. This would mean, going forward you would be able to order your napkins and have them delivered within 48 hours Please do not hesitate to call me on our customer services line if you would like us to make the arrangments to do this on 0161 483 6256 Kind regards, Peter Crossen, Customer Services Manager
