Stepchange are no 1 for helping.
Very attentive and non judgemental. It’s almost like sc are doing two jobs , one being there to help with financial difficulties and one being a therapist.

Stress free
Very understand helpful with budgeting and putting all debts in one place.Taken a lot of stress away and if a situation happens and you need to miss a payment you can still stay on the plan.

Service and advice
Turned stepchange for help after I got myself into a financial situation. Advised to cancel direct debits etc and they would do the rest. Told not to worry as defaults only last 6 years ! Poor advice...

You can find out more about this on our website at www.stepchange.org/dmp-creditors At the end of each month your DMP statement will be generated and you will be able to see how much was paid to your creditors: onlinedmp.stepchange.org/Home/Login If you are concerned that your payments aren’t reaching your creditors, please contact our payments team on 0300 303 2705 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm), or email them at paymentqueries@stepchange.org.
