I have not yet received the product and as I need it for a presentation on Thursday am getting worried. I will be calling Steffans on Tuesday 9th

The items I wanted did not arrive and when i spoke to Steffans they quickly followed up and offered to re-send, although one item had to be substituted. They were very polite and customer focussed throughout.
