After commenting to review, I received my order the next day. My apologies. I
probably should have given you more time for delivery. It is the first time I have ordered internationally so my experience was limited. 10 days was not at all unreasonable. I did receive the VAT note . Your response was almost immediate and the mail just took longer then I thought. Again, please except my apology. I have brought up your web site and was very pleased with the products and your timely response to my inquiries. Thank you.
