We are sorry that the Trollbeads product you received was not as expected.
Trollbeads rather than being polished sterling silver are oxidized which gives them a slightly duller and darker finish, this could be a factor for this product to consider.
Of course, all customers are entitled to either a refund (14 days) or exchange (30 days) if they are unhappy with the item/s they have received and Steffans are more than happy to do this for you should you wish.
