Trollbeads as you know are all hand made and no one bead is the same which is what makes them truly unique.
Of course, all customers are entitled to either a refund (14 days) or exchange (30 days) if they are unhappy with the item/s they have received and Steffans are more than happy to do this for you should you wish.
If in future you wish to order this bead again we can endevour to look for an alternative bead more suited to the colours you desire.
