Good product and glad to help the SPCA

It's a great product except it doesn't have some of the everyday cover components that other insurance providers have. But it does look after the important stuff.

Friendly and helpful.

My payment wouldn’t work online so I rang the number and the lady who was dealing with me was super helpful and had everything sorted over the phone in around 10 mins.

They were very easy to sign up with and their staff member was very helpful when I had a problem finishing my registration which they solved for me.

It was great- the lady listened and explained everything very well! This is why i don’t like to give feedback even before insurance starts! I can’t even sign up and no one to attend calls

No one contacted me so i called and spoke to some in AU - they were not able to help since NZ team had gone home 😂! Are you sure our claims won’t be handled the same way!?!
