Binchotan charcoal extremely poor quality. Have purchased for a while now and it suddenly went downhill very quickly. Highly disappointed with response to customer service.

I can only apologise that your initial shipment wasn't the quality that you had come to expect. Their helpfulness and product knowledge impressed me. I purchased an Anova Precision cooker from them and subsequently their own Chamber Vacuum Sealer 2.5. Both work very well indeed.
