Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, its my understanding from our team that the damage wasn't reported until a significant period after the delivery had taken place and outside of the period of time we request damages to be reported within.

Really impressed.. ordered a vac pack machine and received an email to say DPD would deliver two days later. When it didn’t arrive I emailed sous vide tools.

This seems most at odds with our internal standards on products, we would always expect you to receive a product that is equal to the quality of the products advertised as they are the same product. I am sorry to read this review and have raised an investigation internally I see we have now refunded the product so I can't help with your current situation but if you would consider reordering from us in the future I would be delighted to try and make amends,
