Paid extra for next day delivery and item didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday!!! Extremely disappointing

I'm sorry to read your review, we hate to receive negative reviews. However so we are both on the same page I would comment the following: 1) You didn't pay for overnight delivery you paid for delivery as your order fell below our Free Delivery Threshold. 2) You ordered on a Saturday, as a small business Saturday is not a working day for us and we clearly state this in our delivery information. 3) It was delivered on Tuesday, so whilst you perceive this as being 3 days actually we dispatched it on a next day delivery on our first working day after the weekend hence it arriving Tuesday.
I realise from the item ordered it was probably something you needed quickly and obviously our onsite messaging needs to be clearer to better manage expectation. As a small business we just don't have the benefit of a 24/7 operation and we really do our best to get orders out as soon as we can. In your case I don't think its unreasonable for an order placed on a Saturday afternoon to be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday. Its a shame you seem reluctant to order from us again if you have ordered and presumably been happy before, but we couldn't have done anything more in the case of your order.
