Hi - sorry to hear you are having problems with dissolving. The capsules are 100% soluble but need to be submerged in the wash. Are you adding the capsules into an empty drum and then loading the washing on top? We find this works.

So glad you are happy with everything else and hope the above little "trick" helps :)

Great product, washes as well as my regular pod even though they are so small! Fabulous having them delivered just as i am running out too.
