We were extremely concerned to read your comments and as such we have listened to the call recordings from the point of sale. From the outset there was clear communication from our sales executive outlining our intention to offer you a no obligation quotation, we did ask who you were currently insured with and what you were currently paying with your existing insurer. We are sorry that you feel in a position to write a negative review however we feel that we have never misled you at any point. We are grateful that you have chosen SME to arrange your insurance, you agreed to receive your documents via email, a link to our online portal was sent to you on the 24th February 2015.
