Thank you for your business and your feedback. I do recognize our customer communication with regards to backorders and ETAs is not even close to our normal SME standard. We are working very hard to get this back to an acceptable level. Our challenge has been trying to secure timely and reliable information from our suppliers so we can then convey with confidence to our customers. Unfortunately, several items like dumbbells, kettlebells, gloves and wipes have been exceptionally fluid during this time (COVID-19).
