An item was damaged and it took a lot of steps to get a replacement. Took 3 different emails and taking various pictures to prove it was damaged and needed replacing. The item was only $13

All carriers ask for pictures in order to examine the situation so they can improve their services. We're worry this was an inconvenience; however, it will hopefully prevent a similar situation from happening in the future.
