While this will be changing in a few weeks, all of our current online orders are marked as “pending.” We shipped your order within 24 hours of being processed, but your package was delayed by FedEx. Unfortunately, due to several supply chain challenges, there may be some particular/specialized items that are on backorder with different manufacturers or vendors. I absolutely understand and empathize with you regarding the frustration this causes. We have experienced our own frustrations with manufacturers/vendors who will set an ETA date, only to push the date back further, or in this particular case, simply not even provide an ETA - which can be the most unsettling.
