Thank you so much for your feedback.  So sorry you didn't receive our initial email. I can see this was sent directly after you placed your order but since you ordered next day delivery and are based in NZ we decided to send your hamper excluding the flower seeds since we didn't hear back from you and didn't want to cancel your entire order. The item is still in stock, as advised in the email we sent to you, it's due in this week. I can see your refund is pending, usually refunds take up to 5 days to process.  Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us should you have any further concerns.
