I paid money for next working day delivery. The product did not arrive for a week. Terrible delivery service.

We are so sorry you did not receive your item. It was dispatched from our warehouse without delay on 24/09/13.
Royal Mail returned the parcel to us on 30/09/13 stating they were unable to deliver as the addressee had gone away.
We tried to contact you on several occasions without success so a refund was issued.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
