All great...products arrived quickly and all as described...my sons asthma is nit too bad at the moment. It's always difficult to work out cause/effect etc but bed coverings etc must be helping!

I am very sorry you have not received your order yet. I would confirm it was dispatched without delay on 18/10/13 on a First Class Service with Royal Mail. I too would have hoped it should be with you by now.
To confirm a refund has been issued for the express postage and a replacement has been dispatched from our warehouse today.
