I am so sorry you are not happy with the delivery of your Jaybe bed.
These beds are delivered direct from the Supplier and delivery time is normally within 21days, however if the bed is available they will dispatch immediately.
The delivery message requesting to be contacted before delivery, was passed on to Jaybe. Please accept our apologies you were not contacted and for the inconvenience caused.
