Excellent, fast delivery. However I was hoping to try one of the two pillows that I ordered before removing it from it's wrapping, to ensure it was the right one for me. Unfortunately both pillows...
I was sent the wrong item.
Processing the return and refund took too long and I was promised a call back to advise if my item had been receievd but that never happen (the call back).

I have no record of a return and refund on any of your orders could it be this was meant for another supplier?
