I am so sorry you are not happy with the service you have received. The courier was contacted to return the parcel as soon as we received the phone call from yourself, but unfortunately it was still delivered. The collection was arranged by us for the Tuesday not Monday.
This item was sent from Northern Ireland you were only charged to cover the cost of collection, the driver would not have information regarding our contract with the courier.
We at SlumberSlumber work hard to ensure we meet our customer's expectations and are extremely disappointed you did not have a satisfactory experience with us on this occasion.
