I have ordered these pillowcases before from Slumber Slumber, cotton ones for my contour Tempur pillow and they are very good, i wish they came in colours other than white but they dye very well!...
The pillow is too soft and it doesn't give the support as stated. It will cost a minimum of £12.00 to return this, so not worth returning it, if Slumber had an account with delivery service so costs...

I am sincerely sorry you are not happy with your pillow.
We give as much information as possible and go by the manufacturers recommendations, but pillows are a personal choice. Unless the pillow is faulty the return of an item is the customers responsibility.
