At SlumberSlumber we want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item purchased you may of course return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
We ask that all items are returned unused, free from defects and with their original packaging. By reason of their nature we are unable to accept back any bedding product or airbed that has been removed from its packaging, unless the product is faulty.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit and in which case SlumberSlumber will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us and an exchange or refund issued. Should the item be not suitable and you wish to return it we do recommend for your own protection that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
I do hope that you will shop with us again in the future and allow us the opportunity to restore your faith in SlumberSlumber.

The bed sent to me was defective and did not stay inflated. I contacted slumber slumber and they were most helpful in advising me on how to get a replacement. Staff were very helpful.
